Good to know

***There is no boat dock on this property. There is a boat launch about 200 yards to the right when facing the lake from the house. Per TVA Law you can leave boat on trailer overnight at ramp "IF" trailer is attached to vechicle.

House rules

Please have all the towels washed and dried prior to departure. They can be left on the couch downstairs or in the dryer. Please have all garbage thrown away and outside garbage cans left on the street. Please clean all dishes prior to departure, they can be left in dishwasher. If you can put the sign to "clean" that would be helpful. Pull sheets, pillow cases and blankets off of bed please. Thank you in advance!

This is a beautiful home located right on the lake. There's views of the lake from almost every room, whether relaxing indoors or outside this lakeside retreat is the place for you! Dave was a wonderful host and very responsive!

A peaceful and private location with gorgeous view and spectacular sunrises. Home was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Nearby marinas for boat rentals though no docking at the house. Host David was very responsive and friendly.
